* Elderly people Club
 
 
In the elderly people club (over 55 years old) the activities are developed in the swimming pool (a mixture between hydro gymnastics and swimming) and also in the polisportive court with exercises to stimulate balance, posture, aerobic exercises (to improve cardiovascular condition and to control obesity), memory, creativity and much more. It is also part of the project to make these people participate in leisure activities and social life not only in the gym but also in other places.

The target of the Elderly People Club is to slow down the aging process, collaborate preventing and / or controlling biological or psychological illness, contribute for a personal and social well being, providing a healthy aging.
